What to confirm for your bumper
- Front or rear, vehicle generation, facelift and standard or sport trim.
- Cameras, radar, parking sensors, headlight washers and tow-eye cover.
- Exact list: cover, grilles, reinforcement, absorber, guides and brackets. A photograph does not prove that every pictured component is included.
- Cracks, welding, repaired mounts and deformation. A used part's colour does not guarantee a paint match.
A clear request
Send the complete VIN, photographs of the vehicle and damage, and the required components. For example: front bumper cover, grilles and guides; no reinforcement or sensors required. Confirm whether repainting is acceptable and which repairs or defects you will not accept.
This is a request example, not a stock offer. Availability and supplier price are confirmed after a search. If you do not have the part number, send the VIN, old-part photos and your repair task. For a retrofit, ask your workshop to confirm installation requirements first.
New and used options
Compare offers for the same part number and included components. A cheaper bumper may exclude grilles, brackets or electronic equipment. For used parts, agree on acceptable wear and repairs. Ask for current photographs of the actual selected bumper, including its inside surface and mounting points.
A removed component cannot always be tested for every function. We distinguish confirmed observations from limits of the inspection and discuss those limits before the supplier is paid.
Supplier price and service fee
The minimum parts order is USD 1,000. Our fee is 25% of the parts price. For example, USD 2,000 in parts plus a USD 500 fee totals USD 2,500 before packing, shipping and customs expenses. The service fee is not charged on those additional expenses.
Shipping to Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan
Send the exact destination city and specify whether you need terminal or address delivery. Bulky bumper packing may be priced by dimensions, not only by weight. The available route, carrier requirements and final quotation are confirmed for the actual order; we do not promise one universal transit time.
Agree on edge protection, rigid packing, handling of protruding brackets and whether sensors or cameras should be packed separately. Request photographs before the package is closed and record its final dimensions and weight.
Before payment and on receipt
- Confirm VIN/OEM, condition, photos and the written list of included components.
- Separate parts, service fee, packing, international shipping and destination expenses in the quotation.
- Agree on what has been checked, supplier terms, payment and handling of discrepancies.
- Film unpacking, compare markings and components before installation, and preserve packaging if damage is found.
